[Coco] [Color Computer] Nitros9 Boot file

I thought Boisy had implemented that change.

Years ago as Robert and Gene stated that was the case.

Who is running 20yr OS these days? :)

This is what is so much fun about this computer. This mod was to 
align with OSK features.
