I was about to pop in and say I've actually used DLOAD for a real, useful,
work-related purpose (which probably puts me in a minority of one), but
can't claim to have ever used DLOADM. I'm surprised that DLOAD would
generate such an error instead of behaving sort of like CLOAD.
If I can find my old program, I'll try specifying a bad filename and see
if I get it.
In case you're wondering, I was using a coco to charge lithium ion and
nickel-metal-hydride batteries. Using the joystk ports to read voltages,
and the cassette relay to control the charging current took up the
cassette port (and joystk). My coco didn't have a disk drive, so I
DLOADed the driver program from a PC via the serial port..
As for errors, has anyone ever gotten an ?ST ERROR by simply having a
string formula that was too complex?
