OK, you seem to be in a "you can't get there from here" situation. Try 
what I suggested in another thread earlier if you have a FAT or FAT32 
partition on your hard drive. Place DSKINI.EXE and Ultimaterm in the FAT 
partition. Create an MSDOS boot disk from the WinXP format using the 
check box. Boot into DOS from the floppy. Place a fresh floppy in the 
drive and use DSKINI.EXE to place Ultimaterm on the floppy.
