It's not worth the time it takes. Hit fast and move on.
But if everyone did it they might. Can't you add some time delay so it only 
'forms' after a few seconds?
I actually have made some of mine into a graphic so only a human can use it.

That trick would prevent the email plain in the source code of the page.

I wonder if some spammers actually render the page before scraping
addresses. That would defeat this trick, I guess.
