[Coco] OS9 level 2 version 3

Can anyone on this list give a detailed comment on the current status of the 
OS9 Level 2 version 3 upgrade that Kevin Darling et. al. were working on? I 
know that at one stage, Brother Jeremy was selling a partial version of that 
fabled upgrade, but what has happened to it since?
