[Coco] Glenside IDE Drivers absent from the Web?

Eeek!  I was thinking about this last night, and you said you didn't
have the 1.0 drivers?  You'll need those too, or at least lformat.

So, I just added them to my web page.
http://www.sdc.org/~goosey/os9/glensd10.zip is a virtual disk copy of
the 1.0 disk, and http://www.sdc.org/~goosey/os9/gs10ut.zip is just
the utilities (detect_ide, recluster, and lformat).

You *have* to use lformat to format IDE drives.  Or at least that's
what I was told.
