OK, then disregard my previous message - I did say "If I understand you 
correctly" which I obviously didn't. ;-)

I had read that as "Test-and-set-the-CCR" which TST does, but as I've never 
coded assembly for 68K, I didn't understand the reference.

Actually, for someone [me] who has "issues" with wrapping my brain around 
Linux threads, that was really quite understandable!
