[Coco] Reporting SPAM

What about reporting firewall alerts which block computers from various  
sites trying to 
access your computer - should they be reported, and to whom?
 
ie, such as:
 
195.244.211.216
200.112.99.137
201.160.204.78
204.16.208.74
 
and many more a couple of weeks ago when I logged on via dialup instead of  
dsl.  
It was either XP's firewall or AOL's firewall service which did the  blocking 
& reporting.
Several dozen were found in an hour or so.  Never happened when using  DSL.
