OS-9 Level II version 02.00.00 as sold by Tandy did *not* have moveable 
resizeable windows, so I assume you are refering to the mysterious version 3.0 
distributed by brother Jeremy. Are these features in NitrOS-9 Level II version 
3.2.6 ? If so, how do I use them?
