[Coco] Sculptor for L2 OS-9

Hi,

Yes. I did some Scanner frequency work several years ago.

Very primitive when compared with the Paradox versions I did before I turned 
the Radios off.

Sculptor is the ONLY Database Program that I would trust ANY data to on the 
CoCo OS-9 L2.

The display part needs much work as I found it so weak and the bulk record 
input method is a joke.

I also have the x86 version which matches the CoCo OS-9 L2 version.
