[Coco] [Color Computer] PC Lyra?

I'm looking for the PC version of Lyra. I downloaded it off of Lester 
Hand's web site about ten years ago. I googled for it recently, but had 
no luck finding it.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find it? If not, is there a 
good modern replacement for it?
