[Coco] End of Win 98/ME patches.

For those of you still using Win 98 for a CoCo 
developement platform, the last patches are out this July 
11.  I think I am going to order the CD just in case. 
 Also note that Firefox 2.X will not be available for Win 
98, but since it is open sourced, someone may make a Win 
98 version.
