Where do I find the jpgs above?  There wasn't a file attached to the email
that I recieved.

I'm not sure what you mean about the black in my pictures.  If you're
wondering about the "noisy" black in the images, it's not really there.  I
took the photos without flash and my digital camera's auto-gain introduced
digital noise into the images.

Still, I'm tempted to try adding a seperate luma conversion onto the AD724
board just like I did with my old svideo solution.  I figure this should
give me the  chroma of the bottom/left image of:
