[Color Computer] [coco]lzh file decompression for Doz XP

IIRC the LZH utility on Level 2 could work. It's been a while since I
used it though. I also recall that archives made with LZH and LHA were
slightly different. Check which version of LZH/LHA was done for your
files. LHA should work but as I use Linux I can't test for myself which
lzh format works.
