[Coco] OS-9/NitrOS-9 forum

Hello gang,
I'm looking to assign a leader to the OS-9 forum, a guru here or somebody 
who has enough time to visit the forums often to answer questions.

Also, I added a 2nd category for other vintage systems since I am coming 
out with the Rainbow IDE and I wanted to use the forum system to house 
everything that the IDE will support, including the CoCo and clones.
