No, there is only the DOS1.0 and 1.1 which are not Coco specific.
There are two timed intervals that are critical. The first is the wait for
the drive to spin up. The second is the wait after issuing a command to the
controller before attempting to read the status or transfer data. These
must be a certain amount of time based on the Western Digital specs.
When you change the clock speed on the Coco from .89MHz to 1.78MHz the
intervals referred to above decrease by half. If you do not adjust the wait
intervals, disk I/O may fail.
