Also, why is nothing in the FOREGROUND in the .djvu samples you posted??  Is 
it just me, or is something different now.  I remember in the samples before 
text was selectable in the foreground.  I just get a blank white sheet when 
I look at the foreground in both samples (camera and scanned).
