[Coco] NitrOS-9 V03.02.06 Released

Hello all,

Today I have released NitrOS-9 V03.02.06 for all Color Computers.  It  
has been just over a year since the last release, and there have been  
some bug fixes and changes.  This release also comes just in time for  
the CoCoFest next weekend.

The Dragon version should be available soon from Phill-Harvey Smith.
