[Coco] Nitros disks

I was finally able to get the whole set of Nitros-9 files, but XP is
not making it easy to build a NOS-9 boot disk. I downloaded the
whole pile of stuff to my G5 iMac, unzipped it, then shot it over to
my HP Pavilion (running XP Pro), which refuses to open the .dsk
images, even following the instructions and using the command window.
I am using a true DOS-formatted 720K 3.5" floppy in the Pavilion A
drive, and the procedure would not work either across the network
with the files residing on the iMac, or with the files transferred to
the Pavilion desktop. If I double-click on the DSKINI.EXE file a
command screen on the Pavilion flashes past so fast that I can't read
it (other than seeing what it is).
Anybody have a workaround for something like this?
