There's no Windows version yet. Some Windows fan needs to spend the time
to port it.

However, it shouldn't be that much effort to compile it with Mingw32,
since the makefiles are pretty simple (i.e., no use of
autoconf/automake).

I did make some endianness fixes for Boisy, so given that it seems to be
working on X86 generally, I think it should work on Windows without much
trouble.
