Maybe that's it. It certainly can be a pain keeping them all straight.

I think I have run into those, also.

I thought it was the same as the PC PAK format... I might have it for
CP/M as well. Whatever the base OS, it is a pretty rare format.
We can also uncompress ZIP files under OS-9. And DECB's TC (The
Compressor) ARC files. And CUTS and uuecoded files, not that those
are exactly *compressed*...
