Gene,

Must be time for you to upgrade that kernel again.  The reason why
that patch doesn't apply to 2.6.14-rc1 is because all the changes
are already in there... :-)

If you are still having an issue even w/ 2.6.14-rc1, then please feel
free to let me know (off-list).
