[Coco] Why DECB is important to OS-9 folk.

I believe that Flex has a Basic compiler. There used to be a basic 
compiler that ran on the MDOS OS on the Motorola Exercisors. 
Darn those clunky 8 inch drives were huge and heavy. SOme were 
known to crash on a regualr basis also. 

Boy now I am revealing my age!
