[Coco] How many CoCoNutz are really out there?

I know this has come up before, but does anyone out there 
have a rough estimate as to how many CoCo users are out 
there?

I'm not talking in just the US, but all over the world.  I 
seem to remember someone on the Princeton list that had 
the .za tld on their email address.

I know Torsten did a poll of the ages of some of us, and 
Bob Emery has his map of US CoCo users, but that's all I 
know.

Any thoughts or guesses?
