Yes, but this is not Canada Customs that is charging these fees, it is just 
the shipper. Chances are, Canada Customs never see these articals and there 
is certainly no proof anywhere that USP is paying ANY ACTUAL FEES to Canada 
Customs. It is just a cash cow for  them. (Just look at how the US is 
handling the "softwood Lumber stuff.
