I did use Profile for a while, but eventually looked for something else
because I needed
to develop specific printout routines, which in one case followed the layout
of the Heathkit
tube checker charts, and in another, listed the db contents in columnized
format, such as
my tube collection/inventory. It was all done in DEC/Key Basic which lent
itself to
customized procedures with minimal effort. -ph

This might be something that "Profile" could do if you can find a copy.
ISTR there is a 3 or 4 byte patch it needs to run from a hard drive
though.
I used to use it to list phone numbers and such for the vendors I dealt
with back when I was the CE at WDTV.
