[Coco] MGE conversion

I used Projector-3 on the JVEmulator to change the ColoMax format to GIF and
BMP. Then I ported through the JVEmulator to MSDOS. I used (C) to convert
the last three letters of the extension, used (S) to save. I tried loading
into PhotoShop Elements -it couldn't read either format. Am I doing
something wrong or is this not possible?
