There seems to a change in url for the archive at RTSI. One can still 
contact the company at http://www.rtsi.com/os9faq.html and there is 
still the link to the archive  ftp://os9archive.rtsi.com/. However the 
archive link won't work.

The current address is ftp://rtsi.com/  which will bring you to the top 
of the directory tree containing OS9, RSDOS, and UNIFLEX.
