Perhaps this was the old problem of just hitting "reply" without editing
the recipient list? I say 'old' because the forwarding was turned off
for a while.

By default emails forwarded to this list from Yahoo have been showing up
with both lists in the reply-to. So if folks (well, naturally) hit Reply
in their email client to reply to the email it will actually go to both
lists. But then the forwarding stuff kicks in to bring Yahoo messages
over to MM, and voila, two copies of the same message on MM.

So one workaround is if you are replying to someone on the Yahoo list
just send to the yahoo list (edit 'to:' line). Everyone on MM list will
see the single reply when it gets forwarded from Yahoo.
