[Coco] ANSI -> K&R Code Conversion

You might wanna check out "cproto" for the BCC compiler.  I was going
to look at it, and have never gotten around to it.

Hell, BCC supposedly already targets 6809, has anyone really looked at
it as a CoCo cross compiler?


I think cproto is part of the ELKS source at
http://elks.sourceforge.net/ in the elkscmd or dev86 package.  BCC for
the 6809 is at Chet Simpson's page at http://oarizo.com/ hiding under
the downloads section.
