[Coco] Netscoco Beta 1

I guess it's ready for a "preview release"
"Netscoco" is a BASIC program that can render HTM(L) files on a CoCo 3.
The idea came to mind when Mary was talking about "CoConutz". I thought 
it would be nice to be able to read the same file in a PC and in a real 
CoCo. Since HTML is probably the most portable format, this program came 
to mind.
The current version is pretty basic, but usable.
It runs fine on MESS, but seems slower than on the real deal.
Any feedback is more than welcome.
