[Coco] Cloud-9's participation in Rainbow scan project

  I was going to suggest earlier that Cloud-9 probably wouldn't have the
time for this project.   We understand and it illustrates your commitment
to the coco by not taking on more than you can effectively handle and
concentrating on development of the super board.    Our little hobby
needs good judgement like that as much as anything else.
