[Coco] Rainbow Magazine Inventory

I have updated the information located at
http://www.musicheadproductions.org/coco/rainbow_collection.htm with what I
have on hand and what I know is en route.  I'm sure the Rainbow on Disc /
Tape section includes dates that Rainbow on Disk / Tape were not being
issued - if someone knows the start and end dates for those products I would
love the info!!
