Glen,
No one has "warned" you off of any auctions that I'm aware of, 
including myself.
I simply asked if you really wanted this item and if that was the 
case, I wouldn't get into a bidding war with you.
One 501 I received was so much scrap and I'm looking for a backup 
myself to the 502.
Auctions are open house for anyone to bid, but I thought a friendly 
question to the first bidder (Glen in this case) would be 
appropriate as he is keen to get a hold of some of these drives.
If list memebers require a copy if the email, I'll be more than 
happy to forward it.
You don't have a "reputation" with me Glen.
Let's not over-react also.....
