[Coco] [Color Computer] History Bytes

Hello, and good day all,
I realize this might be a old tired question, But does any one know 
what happened to the CoCo rights after Tandy pulled out of the 
computer game? Who bought the rights? Who owns them now? etc. I have 
tried to do a google search, but so far it remains very clouded.
