[Coco] OS9 Lvl II C Compiler

There is a file on RTSI
ftp://www.rtsi.com/OS9/OS9_6X09/PROG/C_Install_help.lzh
which indicates the files needed to get OS-9 C up and running.

I could find some of the files on RTSI but not most. I don't know if the 
package is available on the Internet.
