[Coco] partial OS9 boot from hard drive (back on topic)

I can run OS-9 L2, I've had MultiVue and Ed running, half a dozen
windows open at once, the 6309 version of the SCSI drivers running.
I guess if the hardware is broken that it's too subtle for me to see.
