[Coco] NitrOS-9 Announcements

I have several announcements to make regarding NitrOS-9:

1. This coming Thursday, April 14th, the NitrOS-9 team will release 
V03.02.05.  This is mostly a maintenance release, with a few bug fixes. 
  The biggest "feature" is that NitrOS-9 Level 1 now comes with a 51x24 
graphics screen driver, thanks to the porting efforts of Phill 
Harvey-Smith.

2. We now have bugzilla up and running at http://bugzilla.nitros9.org.  
This is a bug and feature tracking system that we will use from now on 
to log problems with NitrOS-9 and CoCoTools.
