As things now stand, you could use a Disk Basic archiver to combine all 
of the files on a HDB-DOS drive to another. Then boot NitrOS-9 and use 
hrsdos to move the archive to the OS-9 partition. That won't give you a 
readable archive under OS-9. Otherwise you would need to use hrsdos to 
move each file off an HDB-DOS drive to an OS-9 directory and then 
archive the files with an OS-9 archiver.

There is no wildcard facility built into either rsdos or hrsdos but they 
ought to work within a ShellPlus script using variables to produce a 
wild card effect. I've not tested this idea however.

Attempting a file manager to read a Disk Basic disk looks to me like a 
massive undertaking. Better do a lot of planning before attempting to 
write any code. :)
