[coco] For Boisy or Mark ref Super Driver

I failed to mention in my last message that I am considering making a
SuperDriver Support Pak that would include drivers for Ken-Ton and
Disto SCSI controllers, and possibly the low level DriveWire driver.
Would there be any interest in this?
