[Coco] Updated KenTon SCSI drivers for OS-9?

Mark et al -- just an update.

When I last played with SuperIDE, I was having lockups trying to copy 
from my KenTon SCSI drive to the SuperIDE using the Glenside drivers.  
Now, using the same KenTon software (but with the SuperIDE rather than 
Glenside) *and* the updated SuperIDE I get no lockups.  So, either the 
HW fix Mark applied did the trick, or it was an issue with the Glenside 
drivers.  I have not re-tried the Glenside drivers to see if the 
problem persists.

It works now.  I'm leavin' it alone ;-)
