Finding 8/9 chip 256Kx8 simms is now going to be as hard as
finding hen's teeth. T he limitation of the GIME chip having the
memory array in a 256rowsx256colsx8 arrangement is a major
impediment to other density rams.
I was wondering if the RAS and CAS lines can't be used to
demultiplex the Zbus so that sram can be used. 512Kx8 80nS sram
can still be had in the $5 range.
