[Coco] DEFT Pascal Problems

Strangely enuf, the disk image *looks* ok in a hex editor. It has the
extended header (128 bytes) at the beginning, but I checked the directory
entries and they look right, even chased it through the FAT table, all ok
there.

Is mess having a problem with the JVC header at some point? Even though it
displays the DIR correctly?
