For future reference and for anyone else that uses the Disto SCII, the 
driver sent to Charlie was one of the rb1773 drivers from the NitrOS-9 
release. I had changed the name so Charlie could use his present 
descriptors.

The NitrOS-9 package makes use of a 512 byte buffer when needed and 
reads 512 byte sectors in halt mode even with an SCII. There is an 
option in the source code to read 512 byte sectors in no-halt mode but 
that requires a hardware hack of the SCII controller. The SCII has a 
large enough RAM chip to read 512 byte sectors but needs additional 
chips to correctly address the added information.
