The crudest way is to select the wanted part with the graphics selector,
expand the image size, and copy it to an image tool. Save as a tiff then OCR
it. You can try higher expansions until you run out of memory, since the
resolution will be that of your monitor by default. If it's already text,
use the text tool to copy it.

There are free pdf converters online BTW.
