[Coco] gcc-coco-rsdos installer for Mac OS X

I am running 10.2. I know, I should upgrade. But here is what happened.

The first time I tried the installer I got this:

http://home.netcom.com/~tlindner/temp/Picture%201.pdf

Then I hit the back button and tried again. This time the install button
was active and when I clicked it I got this message:

http://home.netcom.com/~tlindner/temp/Picture%203.pdf

Any chance of getting a tar ball?
