[Coco] usb floppy drives?

Does anyone here know the USB standards well enough to know if a USB-5 
1/4" floppy adaptor would be possible? I'd like to connect my 5 1/4" 
drives to my Mac, to be able to back up my floppies, but there's no 
product available for that.

It seems pretty straightforward, there are a number of programmable USB 
device controllers, and UFI spec (for USB floppy operation) seems 
understandable enough, I just don't have the expertise to do such a 
thing.
