[Coco] the 8v circuitry

Anybody know offhand how much current is drawn from the 8v regulator? Is there
enough room to pull another ~70mA from it, maybe add a heatsink? My ammeter is
down at the moment.

The add-on will be a cpu cooling fan which draws 40mA at 5V or 120mA at 12v.
The 5V regulator in the 3P really gets toasty and the fan helps a lot (plus a
new heat-sink), but I think 8v would be better.
