[Coco] Erratic MPI Behavior

Mine does this too, though not nearly as often as yours.  When this
does happen, the IDE drive on my Glenside IDE card doesn't spin up.
In my case, I'm pretty sure it's MPI-CoCo positioning.  If the MPI
isn't perfectly aligned on the CoCo's connector things won't work.
Mine is the old 26-3024 with the CoCo 3 PAL.  My MPI is screwed onto
the CoCo's case, but unfortunately there's still some play.  With the
MPI and CoCo off, and my drive box on, I can wiggle the MPI till the
floppy drive lights come on and the hard drive spins up.
