Mike,

I'm sure NitrOS-9 Level One will work on your SBC.  You may have to 
write some custom ROM module search code and serial driver, but the 
kernel should work fine.

Definitely a cool project.  What are the specs on the board? (UART 
type, ROM size, etc?)
